At Whiskers Laces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your laces aren't the perfect match, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Place the original, unworn laces back into their individual packaging and secure them in a standard shipping envelope.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned laces, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
